These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Deploify concerning your access to and use of our platform and deployment services.
By accessing or using the Deploify platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Account Security
To use Deploify's core features, you must register for an account. You explicitly agree to:

Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security.

3. Acceptable Use Policy
Our infrastructure is engineered specifically to host modern web applications. You agree NOT to use the Deploify platform to host, deploy, or distribute:
- Malicious SoftwareViruses, malware, ransomware, or code explicitly designed to exploit vulnerabilities.
- Cryptocurrency MinersAny code that utilizes our servers for the purpose of mining cryptocurrencies.
- Phishing and SpamWebsites designed to deceptively harvest user credentials or send unsolicited mass emails.
- Network AbusePerforming DDoS attacks, port scanning, or attempting to compromise other tenants on our edge network.
4. Intellectual Property
Your Code
Deploify claims absolutely no ownership over the source code, content, or data that you deploy using our platform. You retain 100% of all intellectual property rights to your applications.
Our Platform
The Deploify platform, including its dashboard, deployment engine architecture, logos, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Deploify and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
5. AI Services (Gemini Integration)
Deploify provides an AI-powered assistant ("Deploify AI") powered by Google Gemini. By using this feature, you agree to the following terms:
Scope of AI Assistance
Deploify AI is designed exclusively for Deploify-related assistance, including deployment guidance, build error troubleshooting, configuration help, and platform feature explanations. The AI will decline requests that fall outside this scope.
No Professional Advice
AI-generated responses are provided for informational and guidance purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, or technical advice. Deploify is not liable for any actions taken, code changes made, or configurations applied based on AI-generated responses.
Prohibited AI Usage
You must not attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, override, or misuse the AI assistant through prompt injection, social engineering, or any technique designed to circumvent its safety guidelines. Any attempt to extract harmful content, generate malicious code, or abuse the AI service will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
Third-Party Processing
AI conversations are processed by Google Gemini API. By using Deploify AI, you acknowledge that your conversation messages are transmitted to Google's servers for processing in accordance with Google's Gemini API Terms of Service. Deploify does not persist AI conversations after your session ends.
6. Cloud Storage & Database Services
Deploify's Storage feature enables you to provision managed databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) directly from the dashboard. By using this feature, you agree to:
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all data stored within your provisioned databases. Deploify provides the infrastructure but does not monitor, audit, or take ownership of the contents of your databases.
Prohibited Content
You must not use Deploify Storage to store illegal content, intellectual property you do not have rights to, personally identifiable information in violation of applicable privacy laws, or any content that violates these Terms of Use.
Credential Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your database connection URLs and credentials. Deploify encrypts credentials at rest, but you must ensure that connection strings are not exposed in public repositories, client-side code, or unsecured environments.
Deletion & Data Loss
Database deletion is permanent and irreversible. When you delete a database or your account, all associated data is destroyed. Deploify is not responsible for data loss resulting from user-initiated deletions.
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide maximum uptime and reliable zero-downtime deployments. However, the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service — including AI features, storage engines, and deployment pipelines — at any time for maintenance, security upgrades, or operational reasons. We will always attempt to provide advance notice for scheduled maintenance windows.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Deploify, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
This includes, without limitation, damages arising from:
- 🛑Your use or inability to use the platform.
- 🔓Unauthorized access to your deployments, databases, or secrets.
- 🤖Actions taken based on AI-generated responses or guidance.
- 🔌Downtime due to external network failures or third-party service interruptions.
9. Termination
Leaving the Platform
You may terminate these Terms of Use at any time by securely deleting your account from the Deploify dashboard. Upon deletion, all of your associated repositories, environment variables, provisioned databases, AI conversation history, and active deployments will be permanently wiped from our servers.
